    Travelling for sport can be exciting! 

    Stay safe by:

    • Staying with your group or a trusted adult
    • Knowing who’s looking after you
    • Telling someone if you feel unsafe.

    You should:

    • Know your travel plan and who’s responsible for you
    • Stay in contact with your family or carer
    • Speak up if something feels wrong.
