    When providing feedback or making a complaint, we ask that you engage with our staff respectfully and in a reasonable manner.

    Examples of unreasonable conduct may include:

    • using abusive, threatening or aggressive language or behaviour
    • making repeated or excessive contact about the same matter
    • knowingly providing false or misleading information
    • refusing to participate in the appropriate review or complaints process
    • demanding outcomes that are unreasonable, impractical or beyond our authority to provide.
       

    To protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and ensure the fair and effective use of public resources, Sport Integrity Australia reserves the right to change or limit how we engage with individuals who display unreasonable conduct.

    If you do not agree with our response to your feedback or complaint, there are options available to seek further review or raise your concerns.

    • In the first instance, you can contact us to explain your concerns and why you believe your complaint or feedback was not handled appropriately
    • Where appropriate, we may provide:

      • clarification or advice, or: 
      • consider whether any additional action can be taken
    • If you remain dissatisfied after all available avenues have been exhausted, you may raise your concerns with the: Commonwealth Ombudsman
