Hockey Australia Women's High Performance Program

Hockey Australia is partnering with Sport Integrity Australia, to establish an independent Special Complaints Handling Procedure for the assessment of specific complaints raised in the Hockey Australia Women's High Performance Program.

Eligibility for review

To be eligible for review under the Sport Integrity Australia Special Complaints Handling Procedure, a complaint must be one that:

  • is submitted by 5 March 2021
  • may amount to a breach of Hockey Australia’s Member Protection Policy
  • relates to Hockey Australia’s Women’s High Performance Program
  • relates to conduct or issues which occurred between 1 December 2016 and 31 January 2021.

Eligibility to make a complaint

To make a complaint, a person must be, or have been, involved in Hockey Australia’s Women’s High Performance Program in any capacity (for example, as an athlete, staff member or support person) between 1 December 2016 and 31 January 2021.

The information provided by you will be assessed by Sport Integrity Australia under Hockey Australia’s Special Complaints Handling Procedure.

Sport Integrity Australia will respond to all eligible complaints that are received.
