About this webinar
This webinar will look at processes people from all levels of sport can put in place and follow when they are approached by a member of their club, association, organisation or sport.
This session is designed for people in leadership and integrity positions with clubs and organisations such as presidents, committee members, administrators and MPIOs.
At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:
- Differentiate matters which need to be escalated to higher organisation levels or law enforcement
- Receive low-level complaints and grievances within their sport
- Apply basic trauma informed principles to complaint communications
- Follow basic investigative principles to collect important information with regards to the matter at hand.
