End of year arrangements
The Sport Integrity Australia office will be closed from Thursday, 25 December 2025 until Friday, 2 January 2026. Our testing program will continue to operate.
Athlete Whereabouts
You should lodge your Whereabouts via ADAMS.
If you are unable to log in to ADAMS over the break, it is important that you email: athlete@sportintegrity.gov.au with changes to your Whereabouts information. This will serve as a record of your change.
If you have a general Whereabouts enquiry, or an issue with your ADAMs password, send an email and it will be attended to as soon as possible.
Report an integrity issue
If you want to report an integrity issue in sport, our online forms are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports will be actioned when the office re-opens on Friday, 2 January 2026.

Check a medication
If you need to check an Australian medication or a substance, try the Global DRO tool in the first instance. If you require additional assistance, email: substance.enquiries@sportintegrity.gov.au
Enquiries will be dealt with when the office re-opens on Friday, 2 January 2026.
Therapeutic Use Exemptions
Submit your Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) by 2pm Thursday 18 December 2025 for pre-holiday processing. Urgent applications will be processed during the closure.
Non-urgent applications will be processed from 2 January 2026, with outcomes sent the week of 5 January 2026.

Sport Integrity App
The Sport Integrity App makes it easy to access integrity tools and information, including:
- Help for athletes to check medications before using them
- How to find low risk batch-tested supplements
- How to report a sport integrity issue or suspicious activity
- Check if an in-advance Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) is needed
- Access to Sport Integrity Australia’s online education
- Information on match-fixing, illicit drugs, TUEs, testing, anti-doping and athlete whereabouts

1800 Safe Sport Hotline
The Safe Sport Hotline is a place for anyone in sport to feel heard, seek support and guidance around integrity matters in sport.
You can call the hotline for assistance about integrity issues, policies, the complaints process, substance information, therapeutic use exemptions and athlete whereabouts. The service also includes an anonymous reporting capability that covers wider racial and cultural issues for people who feel they have been discriminated against in their sport.
